Watched Velayutham movie. He gave money and get his job done. You get money, but you lose your job undone. But, for the time-being, no other way.
Thought: A boss should not be a Technical Developer or Sales representative. He should be a good policy maker, a good mentor, a good idea generator. That makes him to stick to that position. Else, he fails to be a good boss. I have seen a bad example.
